What We Do

Renovations That Make a Real Difference

Every project gets our full attention—from the first measurement to the final walkthrough. No shortcuts, no surprises.

Kitchen Remodeling

Cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, islands—you name it. We design kitchens that are as functional as they are beautiful, built to handle real family life.

Bath Renovation

From spa-like showers to full master suites. We handle plumbing, tile, vanities, and lighting—creating bathrooms you actually look forward to using.

Basement Finishing

Turn that unused space into a home theater, guest suite, or playroom. We handle framing, insulation, flooring, and everything in between.

Whole-Home Renovation

Buying an older home? We coordinate every trade—electricians, plumbers, carpenters—so you get one point of contact and a result that comes together seamlessly.

Custom Additions

Need more space? Sunrooms, home offices, second-story additions—we design and build additions that look like they belonged there from the start.

Flooring & Tile

Hardwood, tile, stone, luxury vinyl—whatever fits your style and traffic. We prep subfloors properly so your new floor lasts for decades.

About Us

Built on Trust, Driven by Craft

Top Notch Home Renovations started with a simple belief: homeowners in Cumberland deserve contractors who treat their house like their own. That hasn't changed.

Over the years, we've renovated hundreds of homes across the area—everything from straightforward bathroom updates to full-gut kitchen remodels and basement transformations. Every project gets the same standard: quality materials, skilled craftsmanship, and clear communication from start to finish.

We're local, we're licensed, and we show up when we say we will. That's the Top Notch difference.

What Our Clients Say

We let our work speak for itself—but our homeowners have kind words too.

"They transformed our 1970s kitchen into something we actually enjoy spending time in. The team was professional, clean, and finished on schedule. Can't recommend Top Notch enough."

Sarah M. Cumberland, MA

"We hired Top Notch to finish our basement and it exceeded every expectation. The attention to detail was impressive—from the framing to the paint. Our kids have their own hangout now thanks to them."

David & Linda R. Cumberland, MA

"Honest pricing, no hidden fees, and they actually showed up when they said they would. That alone sets them apart. Our master bath looks like it belongs in a magazine."

Michael T. Cumberland, MA
